We wait at least 48 hours after all e-shipments are sent to finalize credit card purchases. Just email us, include your order number and tell us why you are not happy with the product and we'll do the rest.

Hardcopy Products and CD’s must be returned with a note requesting a refund and specifying the order number. Immediately upon receipt of all materials, a credit will be issued less shipping and handling costs.
